Exciting Camp Activities

Daily Jiu-Jitsu Training

Engage in structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions designed to enhance skills and build confidence. Participants receive age‑appropriate Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu instruction tailored for both beginners and experienced students. New students learn the fundamentals in a supportive setting, while current practitioners sharpen their skills through structured, skill‑level‑appropriate training.

Team Building Games

Our fun, ineractive games foster teamwork and camaraderie among campers. Activities are designed so everyone can participate, whether they’re new to the group or returning campers.

Self-Defense and Anti-Bullying

Learn practical self‑defense concepts and anti‑bullying strategies that focus on awareness, confidence and personal safety. Lessons are taught in an encouraging environment that supports all experience levels.

Fitness and Conditioning

Participate in fun fitness routines that improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Campers take part in engaging fitness activities that develop strength, balance, coordination and endurance. Exercises are adaptable so beginners feel successful and experienced students stay challenged.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Practice mindfulness exercises to enhance focus and mental clarity. Simple mindfulness and breathing exercises help kids improve focus, manage emotions and build mental resilience — skills that benefit both new and seasoned jiu‑jitsu students.

End‑of‑Week Fun Events and Games

The week ends with exciting games and special activities that let kids have fun, build confidence and celebrate what they’ve learned in a positive, high‑energy environment.
